A storytelling game inspired by The Moth, known for its live shows, The Moth Radio Hour, and The Moth Podcast, where real people share true stories from their lives.
Draw a card and use the theme as a starting point for sharing your own stories, or leave the cards out and let conversations unfold naturally. The prompts are specific enough to get you started, but open enough that everyone will have a different story to tell.
Play together, use the prompts for personal reflection or journaling, or simply pull out a card when the conversation needs a little inspiration.
